Are your products eco-friendly or sustainable?
We use recycled materials where possible, eco-friendly inks for every single print, minimal plastic packaging, and we avoid all chemicals in our manufacturing process. We also use recycled boxes for shipping when we can. We believe in sustainable practices and are consistently striving for ways to improve!
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
With our low wholesale pricing there is not a lot of wiggle room for us to run discounts or promotions but we will occassionally run small seasonal promotional offers, just sign up for our emails to stay in the loop
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us right away and we'll do everything we can. There's a possibility that your order has already been printed or blanks have been ordered, but let us know wholesale@moonlightmakers.com
What is the return or exchange policy?
We at Moonlight Makers always strive for perfection, our products are hand-crafted and packaged by real humans (not machines) and sometimes humans make mistakes. Our approach to customer service is hand-crafted too, no customer service bots here. You’ll always find a smiling face on the end of the line ready to help.
